Application Process

The application process for PMMVY involves the following steps:

Women eligible for PMMVY should register themselves at the Anganwadi center or any approved health facility or you can apply online using your mobile. Let’s understand How we can do that.

Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana. Then click on “Citizen Login” then you’ve to enter your “Mobile Number” and click on the “Verify” button. Now you will receive an “OTP” on your mobile. Insert the OTP and verify.

Then you will get a form like the above photo and you’ve to fill in all the details carefully. You have to keep a few documents handy, like – Voter Card, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Ration Card, Caste Certificate, Pregnancy Report, or Health Card (You will get the Health Card from the Health Center, or Khicdi School), Bank Passbook.

After registration, the concerned authorities will verify the documents submitted by the applicant. It includes proof of age, pregnancy, and identity.
